Serviceable Areas

We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes using trusted courier partners (primarily Delhivery).

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
• In rare cases of delays (due to weather conditions, courier issues, or other unavoidable circumstances), we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders are shipped free of charge across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional ₹99 COD fee per order.
• COD charges are non-refundable, even in cases of returns or exchanges.

Important Reminders

• Please double-check your email and phone number at checkout to ensure you receive accurate updates.
• For all India deliveries, provide an active Indian mobile number as couriers often send OTPs for delivery.
• Couriers generally make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us via surface transport (7–8 days). We can re-ship only after we receive it back.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, kindly check with your building security, reception, or neighbours.
• If still undelivered, raise a ticket with us on WhatsApp (+91 81370 68088) within 48 hours. After this period, courier investigations cannot be initiated.
