Return Policy

At Sew Much Lewks, we do not accept returns. We only offer exchanges for size issues, and refunds are applicable only in the rare case of a faulty or damaged product.

Exchanges & Returns

  • We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • For faulty or damaged products, you must inform us within 3 days of delivery, along with a valid unboxing video of the parcel.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Processing of Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned package, exchanges are processed within 4–5 business days.
  • You will be notified via email/phone once your exchange request has been inspected and approved.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of faulty or damaged products.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed via UPI only, within 4–5 business days.

Return Shipping

  • We cover the return shipping cost for approved exchanges and refunds.
  • Our courier partner will get in touch with you to arrange the pickup of your parcel. Please ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
  • In case pickup service is not available in your area, we may request you to self-ship the product and share the courier details with us.

Order Cancellations (Store Credit Only)

  • You may cancel your order by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 8137 068088 or emailing us at hello@sewmuchlewks.com.
  • If the order has already been fulfilled and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancelled orders will be refunded as store credit, valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation.
